tengo solamente unas pocas palabras para hoy. Fui Montar con Macky, cenar con mis padres y manana tenere un excursion con K y amigos. iramos a el valle en Hatchers Pass de el pasado fin de semana. ahhh mmmmm ehhh, pienso que esto es totale......para ahora.

another brick in the wall, macky and i made ways to alyeska hoy. had a bit o fun, spinning and racing, and it's great cause she's ridiculously fast so i am constantly pushing myself...headed to the lab in the morning my lab partner and I have succeeded in cultureing some epidermal flora, hoping to find some S. epidermidis. I think we're a week or so ahead of the rest of the class, and the rate we're working should be finished in the next week or so.

post-streaking plates tomorrow, i'm headed north to hatchers to meet up with macky again and play around on mile 16 run.

i think the title has something to do with acceptable percentages of rat feces and nails found in our food by the FDA...maybe its that 60% of pregnancies end in caesarian...how about suicide seeds...perhaps the general apathy of today...but then again it could always be vegetarians.....

que triste! anoche esta la final noche con room mate Steve, k y yo pintemos el snowboard de Steve con la stencils de migo. Por este noche yo hecho un nuevo stencil, se llama " dragon with a vacuum". Ciertamente, la idea estaba de Steve. Ayer he ido a Alyeska con mis companeros de cuarto, Macky, y Rambo. La nieve en la noche fui buen, pero no mas bien de lunes.....porque lunes fui epic. Domingo estare la finale dia en Alaska para Steve, manana K, Steve, y yo iramos a el willow side de Hatchers Pass, estoy emocionado, porque algunos amigos de K tienemos snow machines. Manana es solamente slash y no excursion....entonces un pocito excursion.....photographias de hoy.

Yesterday the room mates, Macky, Rambo, and I met up in Aly for a night of riding, it was no monday, but none the less it was a great night. I rode Steve's skatebanana, which i must say i'm slightly un-impressed, if not a smidge let down. Perhaps i had just created a holy vision in my own mind, of this specific board design, while it felt comfortable cruising (kinda like rollin on a longboard), i didn't feel much of a difference that couldn't be attributed to it's exceptionally less torn up p-tex. Anyway, tomorrow we head for Willow side hatchers, and stumble headlong into the last weekend with room mate Steve. Today on the drive home we pulled over and had some fun in the inlet...

For those who can't read my decrepit spanish...there is 19 inches of beautiful new snow in Aly today, and i'm sitting here blogging about it about to head to clase, INSTEAD of loading up my board and heading south..like i should. It drives me nuts this whole school = #1 thing i've been trying to pull recently...well over the last year or so. Can Uni possibly equal number one to 19 inches of soft, fluffy, giving..and taking powder....Caley called me to see if i was riding this morning, i can hear my room mate showering and i know their going riding or at least one must be....they'd be fools not to. But alas i've a test to study for manana and pre-labs to complete before 415 today...and i still find myself in a ridiculously deep termoil over where my car should head when i get in it this morning...WHO am i today, the student? or the shredder?

HA! decision made....SHREDDER in the morning, student at 4.

finalmente, la fin de semana esta aqui, cada semana se siento como la semana estuvo largo y mas largo. Pienso que esto es porque tengo solamente un media ano de universidad...que emotionado, planes para futuro?....no se. PERO tengo photografias de la noche de miercoles, la titulo es "terminable fur party"....lo empezó a una fiesta cinar....ahhh mi amigos...

dear hermanita....

Esto es un "shout out" para mi Hermana, ella se rompe su pierna en el pasado semanas. Despues surgeria y cuatro tornillos y un plato, ella esta bien, pero necisita su escayola por seis o ocho semanas....que lastima. Porque me encanta mi hermana, yo hecho un regalo para ella. Yo conoces que se nunca lei mi blog, entonces me muestras la camisa fui pintar para ella..........hasta.

first, i feel the need to rationalize this entry, for in lou of it i should be reading for Irish Lit in the morning. However, seeing as i may have moderately called attention to this pit of writing i call a blog/journal, i'm feeling the need to grace you all with a little updated entry.
Since i am also feeling a bit inadequate with my words as of late i have composed a list of C.Hess related facts to hopefully entertain and aide in the whole knowledge of life from this (my)perspective.

1. i'm in Alaska....duh
2. Currently, finishing up my Biology degree
3. I have addictions to the following things:
a. snow
b. boards
c. snowboarding
d. school (yes, it's true)
e. soccer- though as of late i am in the "offseason"
f. this life.
4. I once considered myself a rabid liberal, but have lent recently to labeling my political beliefs as simply "radical".
5. I live with two other curious individuals; K- a willow billy and Steve- du AUS (they both have issues with the shred stick, so we work out well)
6. shred stick = snowboard
7. I'm an incessant chatterer and will go on for days about anything that peaks my fancy
8. i'm already over this listing idea, so on the the entry already........

The weekly update: I spent the last three days riding in various locations from Alyeska to Hatchers Pass, but alas i lack any photographs, whose going to take pictures when your having that much fun. Now, "Study Sunday" is upon me and i feel ripe with procrastination.

I have kept a journal for years, but lately have lost the desire to write in it, in the place of words i often turn to expressing myself visually in drawing, painting, or some manner, be it found art or conventional art....In the past few weeks i've turned my sights on snowboards, fabrics and pretty much anything ANYONE leaves laying around.....and here are the results...

honestly, i could go on writing about nothing for days, but the tale of Carmilla is quickly calling my attention, and to it i must return...........
